Friday Five: Unduly Great Love.

I’m a very strange person in that I hate almost everything and everyone, but when I love something, I love it strongly, unduly and above all else. This is mostly reflected in my adoration for my husband, of which I have written much. Other things I love unduly:

  1. Musician Elvis Costello.
  2. Author John Irving.
  3. Radio chat host Adam Carolla.
  4. The Atlantic Ocean.
  5. Rain.

Similarly, I have a few friends whom I adore, and everyone else can just kiss my Polish ass. Am I the only one? Do you have undue affection for anything or anyone?

    As I get older - I care so much less about getting more friends or doing what is ‘right’. Here are my loves:

    My husband
    Our dog
    Sunshine and smooth waters (we have a boat)
    Well written books (too many fave authors to name)
    Great music that has stood the test of time (again too many faves here to name)

    LOL. Anytime I spend more than a few minutes with another person, I realize how very deeply I love my husband above all other humans on the planet. I want to tattoo on my ass: An amazing man loves me!
